A 4 input commentator operated outside broadcast unit in the tradition of previous Glensound units.  This time, the audio I/O is via USB.  Using the USB audio link to a PC or notepad, IP links can be established using any application or browser based IP codec.

Luci Live - IP Codec for iOS/OSX/Windows (Full version included)
Luci is available in 2 versions.  A Lite version that is G722 single channel only, and the full versions that is stereo and with multi format codec options allowing high quality audio links.

Skype should not be overlooked.  For voice only applications, it performs very well and you would be surprised at the quality when using the GS-GC5/USB and Skype together.
